A tier-one automobile supplier had a huge problem. Their in-house machining department had quality problems, and was down on a Friday. Unfortunately, the big three auto company they supplied needed their parts for the assembly line on Monday. If that line were down, the cost penalties would be significant.

Nowak stepped in. We called on our expert designers, programmers, and tooling builders. Together we developed a machining process, and started our crews to work. We worked day and night, and delivered the parts to the auto company’s assembly plant. On Monday, cars began rolling off the line, with the parts we machined.

Our customer was so pleased with our performance; Nowak has retained the machining work and they are now giving us referrals to their end-customers.
